His father Jeremiah Clayton, a native of Clounagh, spent his entire membership of the Orange Order in No 25, and his cousin, David Clayton, Clounagh, who died in 1927, was for many years chaplain and led the Lodge on the Twelfth on his own white horse.

The principle officers in 1936 were - John Black, Queen Street, Portadown; William J Holmes, Harford Street, Portadown; William Lynas, Jervis Street, Portadown, James McCullough, Fox street.

LOL 25 meets in Carleton Street Orange Hall. Bro. Harold Gracey, the Worshipful Master of Portadown District is a member of this lodge.
